Attendees will be able to catch passes with the Soul’s quarterback and run drills with the team and can dance with the Philadelphia Soul Dance team. Attendees can get a signed autograph and enjoy other family friendly activities.

The Philadelphia Soul has a history with Northern Children’s Services, with the team making appearances there in the past. Former team owner Jon Bon Jovi was introduced to the campus through a taping of MTV’s “The Real World” in 2004. Bon Jovi donated a $70,000 playground, with the Soul Playground still in use on campus today. Bon Jovi also donated school supplies, uniforms and computers during that visit. He mentioned Northern Children’s Services and its mission on “Oprah” in 2005. The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, formerly The Philadelphia Soul Foundation, was a major sponsor in the recent renovation of Merrick Hall, the oldest building on campus, which reopened last year.
