Executive Administrative Manager
Since 2016, Alysia has remained dedicated to supporting Northern's mission and operations, playing a vital role in ensuring its smooth functioning.
In her current role, Alysia supports the CEO in a wide range of capacities; supervises the front office operations; ensures seamless coordination across various teams and departments; manages inventory and supplies and medical records; works closely with Northern’s Board of Trustees; and leads and/or co-leads the planning and execution of organization-wide meetings and events. Alysia also co-chairs the Sunshine Committee, organizing staff events that promote employee morale.
Alysia holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix-Online Campus. She brings over 10 years of office management experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and Adobe Acrobat. She is certified as a Business Office Manager, a Medical Office Assistant, and a Notary Public, in addition to holding CPR/AED certification.
Her previous experience includes working at ACCELA Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Independence Blue Cross Family of Companies, where she excelled in event management, wellness initiatives, and corporate volunteer programs.
