John Cappo, M.Ed.

John brings a wealth of experience to the position. Prior to this role, John served at Northern for four years as Director of School Therapeutic Services, leading a team of professionals to help youth with behavioral difficulties remain in the educational environment. John believes that family engagement and empowerment are vital to children's success.

Before joining Northern, John worked as an STS Director for 7 years. He also worked as a Behavior Specialist, Mobile Therapist, and Clinical Therapist since entering the field.

John holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh University.
