Joseph B. Turner serves as Director of Buildings & Grounds at Northern Children's Services, overseeing all maintenance, improvement, and aesthetics across Northern’s tranquil, six-acre campus by managing capital projects and contracts while leading and supporting teams of maintenance, custodial, and security personnel.

Joseph brings nearly 40 years of business management experience across small businesses, mid-sized organizations, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit institutions. His career has focused on office management and property and facilities management, where he has consistently delivered operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, and strategic oversight. He is a seasoned residential and commercial management professional with extensive experience leading capital improvement and construction projects nationwide.

Throughout his career, Joseph has shown a strong ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee facilities operations from planning through execution. His hands-on leadership style and practical understanding of organizational operations have made him a trusted leader in places that demand strategic vision and day-to-day execution.

Joseph holds an Associate of Applied Science in Administrative Office Management from Harrisburg Area Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management from Purdue University. He is currently completing his Master of Business Administration at Western Governors University.
